Sweat with Jess provides a dance cardio based class like none other know as RATCHETCISE. Beginner friendly yet welcoming to all fitness levels, I guarantee your first class won't be your last. This class last 45 minutes to an hour of us loving our bodies to music of hip hop culture to Nola bounce music. C'mon, and let's WERK!
