❤️🔥 Heart health matters—and we’re turning awareness into action! Sweat with Jess proudly teams up with the Shreveport Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to Go Red for heart health awareness. Through an engaging, high-energy dance cardio experience, we promote cardiovascular wellness, physical activity, and self-care in a fun and empowering way. This experience encourages participants to move with intention, build confidence, and understand the importance of caring for their hearts—while having a whole lot of fun doing it!
